I talked to Andre who lied to get the business . he said that the drivers are employees of American Auto Transport. I believed it. when it was time to pick the car he said I am looking for a driver and he couldn't find one and wasted my time and I called left messages never returned my calls another agent Victor who said that he will handle it , I called him almost 15 times to get an update never returned me calls and I left messages . Horrible customer service and have no sense of responsibility .
