I placed an order for shipping my car from VT to CA. They were very nice, informative, and took time to walk me through the process. All my questions were answered in a timely manner through email or phone call. They kept me informed through out the process. Once they found a driver they emailed me estimated pickup and shipping dates. The car was picked up on the date they told me. But the shipping took 2 additional days from the estimated shipping date I was emailed. Again that did not bother me as it still arrived promptly. Also the dates emailed did say the word "estimate" so you can expect it to be a day or two around that day. Overall I am so happy with the service. No damage on my car and all my belongings were still there. The driver was also responsive to phone calls and questions about pick up dates and time. This was by far the best company I have shipped my car with and the cheapest I have transported my car. Yes this is my 3rd time shipping my car each time with a different company. 1st time was from CA to VT which was around $1500 and they took so long to find a driver and even once it was picked up it took forever to recieve my car in VT. 2nd time I shipped from VT to CA and that was a better experience then the 1st but still it was around $1250. The thrid time was with these guys and by far the cheapest to ship my kia spectra 2008 for $1040. I would highly recommend them and I dont know how I never found them sooner for the other times I had to ship my car.
