I live in Massachusetts, but I owned a 1969 Pontiac Firebird that was in Southern California. After putting in my information to the website, I called the office to follow up on my order where Mike talked me through the options and answered all of my questions since it was my first time shipping a car cross-country. I booked the order, and Aerin Davis, my transport specialist, accommodated a reschedule that was needed since my car was stored at a corporate location (business hours from 8am to 5pm on the weekdays only). Once this was completed, the carrier picked up the car and delivered my firebird to MA a couple of days later! In the midst of COVID-19, I cannot say enough to the entire team on the awesome customer support and the flexibility for the pick up. Great experience!
