Aerin is the lady that helped me my vehicle move. I placed a request for a bid on the American Auto Shipping web site over a weekend, due to it being weekend my info was placed to several companies. I went with a company that contacted me and had nothing but problems with them. I waited 8 days for someone to contact me about shipping my truck and never did get a shipper. I went back through my emails and realized that I had used someone besides the company I had submitted to. Once I called American Auto Shipping directly I talked to Aerin and had a totally different experience. Aerin was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, everything she told me happened as she said and on time. The driver showed up half a day early and I was able to get things rolling ahead of schedule and with a driver that I totally trust. I have Aerin's phone number in my phone and will call her anytime I need shipping in the future. Aerin, thank you very much for all you did, I wish all business was conducted as you did this transaction.
