Aerin, American Auto Shipping, did an outstanding job turning my initial disappointment of American not shipping my car within their 90% interval of 7 days. She reassured me daily that my shipment was as important to her on the 10th day as it was on day 1 via phone calls and daily email updates. My car was picked up within hours of receiving her noticed that a truck was being dispatched. Awesome customer service! Paul, Sam's Truck Lines, was very personable and attentive to the loading of my car and its delivery within 30 hours from Lorton, VA to Pensacola, FL. Thanks for a job well done.
