When I had to ship a car from Texas to Massachusetts, I called around for quotes and went with the lowest one. That company transferred me to four different dispatchers, couldn't guarantee a delivery date within my ideal window, and jacked up the price right before sending the contract. After I canceled with them, Aerin at American Auto processed my order in thirty minutes, charged me four hundred dollars less than the first company, and the car was delivered three days earlier than they'd projected. I'll never ship a car with anyone else.
