I contacted AAT regarding transporting my car from Naples, FL to MI. I was quoted a price & told I would be called re: the pick-up date. After several calls & hearing nothing I was notified that not only would they not deliver my car to the designated address it would cost an additional $$ than originally quoted. Finally I agreed to pay an additional $50 & given a pick-up & delivery date. On the date my car was to be delivered it was being driven on the Tampa-Hillsborough Expressway. I received a toll enforcement invoice from the FDOT. I called customer service, texted, emailed for an explanation & got no response from AAM. I do not Repeat DO NOT recommend this company!!!
