I did not ship with AmeriFrieght since before I was connected with a carrier I decided to drive the vehicle myself. Before that point I had good customer service and they were responsive when I had questions about the process. The other carriers I spoke with were less helpful and I did not have as much confidence in them connecting me with a carrier. It seems like common practice in the industry that the initial quote always ends up being lower than what you will actually have to pay. I was ready for that price change, but this is why I took a star off this review.
