Everything worked smoothly with AmeriFreight. Caravanzieus was a pleasure to work with, always responsive and cheerful and helpful with up to date info on the transport. Just be aware that the initial rate they quote, the Economy Rate, is most likely not going to be the final rate. They come in with a lower quote than other companies, which they do state is just to start the bidding, and may be accepted in certain limited situations where a carrier needs to fill a truck at the last minute, e.g. I would guess that in most cases the final rate is more in line with what other carriers charge. Mine was $150 more than the initial estimate, but I was expecting that. But no complaints at all about the service, and special kudos to Caravanzieus.
