Communication was fair at best with my agent Danielle. Called me once to say an offer was made to pick up my car but it was going to be delivered before I was even going to get to my destination. I called her office on the Friday before the Monday I was flying out and needed my car picked up but got her voicemail stating she was out of the office for the rest of the day. Great! So I called the main number and the person checked and said no driver has acknowledged my order., OK. so what do I do? She said she would con't to check. 15 min later I got a call that a driver was available. Why did it take me calling them 3 days before I was to leave to get things going? I put the order in at least 2.5 months in advance and was told it wouldn't be a problem. Communication with driver was perfect! Very pleasant and efficient! 2 stars for agents, 5 stars for driver!
