Virginia Raynes was my CSA and she was excellent! Overall Amerifreight was just okay. Their initial estimate came in at over $500 cheaper than what I actually paid. That was very disappointing. When attempting to contact them regarding my car shipment, I was often on hold for well over an hour. At one time I left a call back request and nobody called back. In the end though, the car arrived safe and sound. And the staff was always friendly when I talked to them.
