Working with AmeriFreight was a very positive experience and we would definitely use them again. Pick up and delivery of the vehicle was efficient and easy, once a carrier had been located. 4 out of 5 stars. Communication could have been a little bit better (I had to call more than once for ETAs, other info), although part of that was on the part of the carrier. I appreciate that AmeriFreight handles posting the vehicle and locating a carrier, but it would be nice to have a better understanding of this process upfront. The Initial quote was less than half of the final total and while I expected that we would pay more than the initial quote, it was still a bit of 'sticker shock' when we were informed of the total. Despite some minor areas for improvement, this was a great experience for us.
