Everyone was very nice and helpful before the shipping- after I had paid my deposit though I could not get in touch with anyone by phone or email. It was extremely disconcerting. They also gave me the wrong phone number for the driver. I was not notified by anyone when my car was picked up. When I finally did speak to someone, they were nice though. Just a very poor response time. The driver himself when I finally met him was excellent and professional and he arrived two days early.
