My car was picked up at the designated time. Never having done this before, I was very scared. David Gumbs reassured me that everything was going to be alright and it was. The driver gave me an estimate of when he thought I would have my car. When eat didn't arrive on that day I called him and he explained why. My car arrived safe and sound. I thoroughly recommend this company. I was very pleased from the start to the finish.
