We had a great experience with Amerifreight. The order confirmation, the day of transport pick up booking and follow up were all quite efficient and professional. Most of all our van arrived intact, all the way across from Boston to Bay Area, in a week. The only thing to improve is to, perhaps, better train the truck company contact and driver, to inform the client in advance on when the truck will arrive for pick up (it could get quite rushed). And alsoa type of delivery tracker (such as for couriers a la FedEx ) to update the location. Going forward, the bill of lading and receipt, along with the car pictures could be made digital. Again, these are all bells and whistles. The actual transport was super smooth.
