I needed to have a car shipped from Pasadena, CA to NY. This was my initial experience with auto shipping and I had a narrow pick-up window, which was the cause of some anxiety. Customer Service Agent Melissa Dossett was very helpful and reassuring throughout the whole process, which transpired flawlessly from start to finish. Good communication from both Melissa and the transport driver. No complaints!
