The wole process was easy and painless. The Amerifreight representative was informative and more than helpful. I gave 4 stars instead of 5 only because the actual bids that were recieved from carriers were about 3x the estimate that amerifrieght gave me. I did not have to accept the carrier's bids. With everything taken into consideration the bids recieved were acceptable. I just feel that Amerifreight should of had a better handle on cost. I would use Amerifrieght again without hesitation.
