Terrific customer service

I had my car shipped across the country from CA to MA during the pandemic and I could not have asked for better service. I was unable to be at the pickup point in-person on account of pandemic travel, and I had to rely on some very limited help on the pickup side to coordinate with the driver. When it became evident that it would not be possible to pick up my car at the location where it was parked (no fault of AmeriFreight - simply location/road constraints), I was concerned that the person who was handling the pickup on the CA side was being difficult and would not be able to bring the car to meet the driver. Maleah, my AmeriFreight rep, was able to coordinate with the driver from Splendid Transportation and *really* helped me out. Both AmeriFreight and Splendid were incredibly accommodating and were able to make arrangements to have the car picked up at a very nearby location instead of the first proposed pickup location one town over, and offered me many different options to make sure the pickup went smoothly. They alleviated a very stressful situation. The inspection of the car on pickup and on delivery was the most detailed I've ever seen in my life - they found tiny scratches on my car that I hadn't even seen. The drivers that I dealt with were both very friendly and professional.
