Samantha was great at breaking down the entire process for me, especially since this was the first time I had ever shipped my car. She kept me updated whenever she had any information and responded to any questions that I had in a timely manner. My driver Monty was very courteous and delivered my vehicle quickly. I had been worried about the fact that I only had a 2-day window for pickup, but they were able to get this done. They contacted me maybe 5-6 days prior to the shipping date to let me know that they had secured a driver. I feel they did a great job and if I ever had to ship a vehicle, I'd likely use them again.
