Jessie was great with responses. She even replied when "out of the office". The transportation company did not pick up on Tuesday as I was told. The dispatch said they'd be there Wednesday. The driver didn't make it on Wednesday either and I wasn't contacted by dispatch until the evening. The car was picked up first thing Thursday. It was a little frustrating but the car arrived on the day we needed it to. So all was fine.
