With COVID limiting safe travel, my boyfriend and I decided it would be safest to try and get my car shipped. However, I'd never shipped a car before so I was very nervous going into this experience. But my certified customer service agent Samantha was so kind and so helpful, and immediately made me feel confident in this process. The whole experience was so smooth, and communication was consistent throughout. My carrier George was quick, professional, and kind. We went with the economy package, and our car was picked up from my Mom in GA on a Saturday morning and delivered to us in D.C. the very next morning. I still can't get over how fast and easy it all was, and most importantly, our car was delivered in perfect condition. I will forever recommend Amerifreight!
