- Competitive pricing. - Like the concept of getting Quote via email on top of phone quote compare to other players in the market. - Very focused on reducing your price as much as possible by recommending to pay by cash to avoid the Credit card transaction fee of 9 to 12%. - Able to connect me to the carrier the next day, even though they say it will take 3 to 5 days. -But did not go over the extra mile to get 5 Star. When i asked about some specific delivery questions via email did not get proper response, i end up directly contacting the carrier to work it out. They did not deliver on time also i was the one chasing the Transporting carrier the whole day to find out what is going on. No calls from Amerifreight about the delay in shipment.
