Once I made the decision to use AmeriFreight, the process was simple with great communications along the way. I received a phone call to explain the process, then another when a potential carrier was located. I was again contacted to ensure the vehicle pickup went smoothly, which could not have been easier. Finally, I received a follow up phone call to ensure my vehicle arrived safely, which it did it. So, great customer service combined with a smooth pick up and delivery will have me contacting AmeriFreight for future needs.
