I had hired another broker to get my car moved from California to Virginia. That one was a mistake - they promised I wouldn't be charged until a driver was located. No driver was ever located, they DID charge me the broker's fee, and never again answered any email, phone call, or text. But I needed to get the car moved and, with some trepidation, contacted AmeriFreight. The first person I worked with (no longer with the company) was great as we tried to get the car moved for a relatively low price. Jessie took over and the switch was seamless. Communication was great - I always got an answer to my text or phone calls promptly. We were able to find a price that was okay with me AND attractive to a driver. The experience with the driver (Roin, with S&N Trucking) was wonderful. He picked up the car on time and delivered it early and with no problems. What started as a pretty horrible experience wound up being very good - Thanks Jessie and Roin!
