I want to begin this by saying that this is the FIRST and ONLY positive experience that I have had with a car shipping company. Working with Whitney at AmeriFreight was a very pleasant experience. Shortly after requesting my quote, I received an email from Whitney requesting the details of my shipment. She quickly put in my request and I was contacted quickly about a carrier. After confirming the carrier, my car was picked up either same day or the next day(not able to recall). We moved from MD to FL on July 3, and my car was picked up earlier in that week. Whitney made sure to obtain a carrier for us that would be able to store our cars in the neighboring city until we arrived July 3. The carrier that was assigned was very professional and communicated well. I have never had this experience. I usually get brokers that are not attentive and carriers that constantly lie about their ETA. Amerifrieght provided me with an extremely positive and STRESS FREE experience. We thank you.
