Excellent customer service with Danielle Roth. She was very patient & attentive to all of my questions. The shipping had a slight delay because the drop-off before our pick-up was closed and the driver had to wait for them to reopen. The driver was very polite when he picked up the vehicle from our friend in NC. He contacted us the night before with an approximate drop-off time. Called again an hour before arriving. He was great! If I ever have to ship a car again, I would request the same driver.
