Prompt and professional service. I moved my car from California to Western NY. Amerifreight gave me a lower quote than Sherpa. I also worked with Ship A Car direct and they were not able to find me a mover until the last day and their customer support was pathetic. I worked with Bobbi Stowers at AmeriFreight and she was effective in getting me a mover in the shortest possible time. When the initial ones backed out, she got me another mover within a day. It was interesting to see that my car which was picked out the day before I left California reached NY first, way before my other stuff which was picked up 10 days earlier. Bobbi was really helpful and called to confirm and check in on the day the car was picked up, right after the car was picked up, and upon delivery. This kind of customer support is what sets AmeriFreight apart from other movers who provide just lip service and have poor standards when it comes to the actual move. Highly recommend Bobbi for her support and AmeriFreight!
