Had to send an agent (my son) to wait and be present for pick-up, in "hot zone" San Jose. Deal was 1-5 day window with emphasis on hopefully getting picked up earlier than later. Result was $300 up-charge, stuck with no choice but to accept and pick up ended up being the last day possible. My sales person was very nice but the experience was not.
