1501868906-XD Melodee with Amerifreight was very polite and VERY patient and answered my questions. We had never transported a car before, but she was very helpful, and there were no surprises. My car made it to Arizona without any trouble, and was picked up promptly in Ohio and dropped off a day early in Arizona, so that was nice. The price I was quoted was lower than the actual price I paid, but after talking with her, I was fairly sure that would happen, so I wasn't surprised. I also had a choice on whether to accept the bid from the transport company or to wait for another one that would possibly be lower. It was about a week from bid to pick up, and took 3-4 days to get there. Overall good experience. The transport company that handled my car did a good job too.
