Jae at AmeriFreight was very courteous, helpful, and attentive while shipping my vehicle from Florida to Washington. I've shipped my car a few times with various brokers and it is typically a fairly frustrating experience, but Jae was always very helpful. Only hiccup would be that the initial quote I was provided by AmeriFreight turned out to be a bit low and most carriers were not able (or unwilling) to meet that quote. With some waiting and patience (my timeline was very flexible, which helps!) and the great work by Jae and the team at AmeriFreight they were able to find a transporter at a price closer to the initial estimate (although still higher) . Thanks again!
