Melissa stayed in touch while I waited for a bid to take my car from Columbus, Ohio to Tampa, FL. The bid came 2 or 3 days prior to when I wanted my car to be picked up just as Melissa had predicted. The carrier's bid was less than we had anticipated and we accepted. The carrier said they would pick our car on the following Monday morning at 8:00. The driver called me at 7:45, letting me know he was at our location. He took pictures of the car, loaded the car and was on his way. We wanted the car to be delivered at our new home in the Tarpon Springs the following Friday. I received another call from the driver at 10:45 AM to drop off our car., just as we had requested. This was our first experience at shipping a car and we couldn't have been any happier with our results. We inspected the car and it was in the same condition as it was when it left Columbus. I'd highly recommend Melissa and AmeriFreight.
