My Customer Service Agent, Mr Harry Davis was nice and sounded like he was working in our best interest. Considering what other companies were pricing, he was able to get us a price cheaper than others companies which I am thankful for. The truck arrived on time and shipped to destination on time. My only complaint is that the shipper/driver did not ship to the actual address claiming the road way was not suitable for his truck. The identified roadway is highly used by trucks and indicates to me the driver was either lazy or just trying to save money. Would I still use this service yes. Just be mindful you may have to go out of your way to pick up the vehicle.
