Outstanding service from end to end.. Through each step of the process, directions were clear about what the customer needed to do and what would happen next. Expectations were properly set. I chose the least cost shipping option. Amerifrieght stated clearly that it was likely actual bids would be higher than the target low price, which is what occurred. Surprisingly the "personalized service" was for real. The Amerifrieght Agent (Brandy) familiarized herself with my specific needs and acted on them. She was virtually instantly responsive via email/text, and even followed up by phone and advised me how to smoothly coordinate with the driver. For a "first-timer," the idea of shipping a car can provoke anxiety. Amerifrieght reduced that to a minimum. And best of all, the car arrived where and when it was supposed to in the same condition it was sent. If the occasion arises I will use Amerifreight again, and recommend it to others.
