We used AmeriFreight to ship our BMW X5 from NJ to Florida. We arranged for a three day window for pick up to ensure that our car was delivered to Naples either Friday 1/10 or Saturday 1/20. The company found a car carrier that was able to pick up our car on Sunday 1/5. Unfortunately, we were called on Tuesday 1/7 that the car was in Naples and ready to be delivered. We were leaving on Wednesday 1/8 after our moving truck departed. Unfortunately, our car carrier was not that helpful, offering us either to pick up the car in Miami or pay $300 to have it delivered to Naples once we arrived. Fortunately, our broker, Harry with AmeriFreight intervened. The car was successfully delivered to us in Naples that weekend.
