This was my first time utilizing a transport company for my vehicle. Although my car did not arrive when expected, (through no fault of AmeriFreight) Kaye was very helpful throughout the process. She kept me informed and responded to all of my questions.. The service provided by AmeriFreight was exceptional and I would recommend them but would caution the user to inform AmeriFreight not place your vehicle with the carrier, No Limit Transportation. The service provided by No Limit Transportation was not customer oriented. I would love to describe what happened but will do so on their website. Although I would not use that transport company ever again, I would call Kaye and AmerFreight, They were courteous, responsive and I believe lit a 'fire' under the carrier to deliver my vehicle to me sooner rather than later.
