Shipped two cars coast to coast with Amerifreight between Christmas and New Year's. The customer service rep, Samantha, was excellent. I had a million questions and sent her dozens of emails and she answered all my questions quickly. She never left me hanging. Everything went exactly as she said it would. The cars were picked up on time and arrived on time. We got heads up calls on both ends. There was no damage. The only thing that wasn't dead on was the price quoted was lower than the actual bid cost by 20%. I'd hoped the two cars might work in our favor so the cost bump surprised me. Maybe that was due to it being a holiday job. Other than that, I was very happy.
