Rebecca Cole worked with me to get my car shipped from California to Seattle. I had a lovely experience and she was patient and understanding, clearly explaining the process to me and setting expectations for the transaction. The carrier we went with at first ended up cancelling but she managed to get it rescheduled with no hassle. Great experience.
