Jae was great to work with and made the process very easy for me. I strarted by getting a quote and let her know that I needed flexibility with my pick up date. That was no problem at all. Jae explained how they find the transport companies and got everything set up for me so once I was ready, she sent out the bid and had an offer for me within a day. She provided excellent customer service from beginning to end. I would definitely work with her again and recommend her specifically to anyone who needs this service.
