My biggest issue was having to reach out to them a little more than a week before my move to ask about the progress. They say that they schedule close to the move date but I was working with a lot of moving parts and having to call them to ask about the progress of finding a company was slightly stressful to me as I was also concerned with my house moving process and such. Overall every interaction I had with them was extremely pleasant. They were friendly, helpful, and did as I asked whenever I needed anything.
