Initial contact with Erica was excellent. She contracted with a vendor in a prompt manner and provided us with pertinent information. Subsequently, we were unable to contact the vendor as agreed, and we were unable to contact them, at either the phone or e mail contacts provided to us. I contacted Eric and she promptly resolved the problem and came up with a replacement vendor. This vendor is Specialized Transport Corp. The two staff on the van were Geury and Leanne. They were excellent, keeping us informed with both pickup and delivery information and were always available to us by phone and e mail. They provided excellent service and I would strongly recommend them to anyone in need of transport services.
Regarding Erica’s service, I have already referred her to several friends requiring transport services. The services she provided to us were excellent in all aspects of our contact with her. She resolved our initial problem quickly and promptly provided us with an alternate vendor, which completely satisfied our needs.
Amerifreight is fortunate to have a dedicated employee such as Erica. We plan to utilize here services for future service needs. It was a great pleasure dealing with a competent and professional individual.
