The shipment of my vehicle was done professionally and with good care. My only issue is with the lack of communication of status an when the vehicle would be picked. I never directly received notice, only a response when I called. Also the the original estimate was significantly lower than the actual fee. I would rather have a more realistic estimate since I was traveling and had to leave cash at the the destination.
