This was my second time shipping a car across the country. The first time was a pain in the neck. This time in order to avoid that, I made sure to look independently into shipping, to look at several other options, closed and open, flexible dates, right insurance, and I found the most affordable and the one that met all my needs was Amerifreight. I was really lucky to get Samantha because she understood the whole entire process of moving across the country she was able to meet my needs in terms of dates flexibility type of shipment of the car and the cost. Samantha kept up with the whole process from beginning to end to make sure everything ran smoothly and she also found a very good, friendly driver who was on time in both the pickup and drop-off location. instead of having to call everyone all the time (like last time) I was called/texted which was very relieving. When I went to pick up my car when it arrived, I actually saw the driver turning onto the same street as I was at the same time! I was able to see how my car was being shipped on the freeway! I checked out my car and it arrived in perfect condition. I felt like I had a lot of control during the entire process and not just a customer slipping through the hands of brokers and shippers like I and friends have in the past. I would certainly recommend Amerifreight and specifically Samantha again as I would call her first with my next move. The car took about 5 days to arrive, however my clothes sent through the USPS have still not arrived. It's been 14 days hopefully amerifreight will expand to more shipping.
