My experience with AmeriFreight was ok. Millie, was extremely friendly and nice, as far as the service, it needs major improvement. I told them the date I need my car picked up, I was ensured that it would be picked up on that exact date, it was picked up 3 days later, hence it was picked up late, and it arrived later. The communication was non-existent on the late pick up, I feel like they should of called and told me the picked up would be late, instead I waited around for my car to be picked up. I eventually called them and they told me the driver will be there tomorrow, that happened 3 days in a row. I guess they eventually got tired of me calling so they gave me the driver’s personal cell number to ask him directly. Also, expect to pay at least $300 more than what they quote you. I paid over $300 over what I was quoted. I guess on a good note, I received my car (LATE) and it was not damaged. I will NEVER use Amerifreight again. Neither should you.

We are sorry that this customer had an unsatisfactory experience. Upon looking into the order, the customer opted for our Economy Rate. With this rate, pick up and delivery dates are never guaranteed which is made clear through our customer contracts and terms. This vehicle was picked up on time, and delivered to the customer's date requirements, as well. With the Economy Rate, customers are made aware from the start that the price will likely increase. This rate is specifically for customers who have a flexible time frame so that we may take a bit longer to secure the best rate possible.
