Did quite a bit of research on different companies and ultimately chose AmeriFreight because it seemed to have good prices and reviews. Though they don't (can't) disclose the final price upfront, they lead you to believe they are one of the most price friendly options. This doesn't turn out to be accurate, as the rate goes by what the driver requests, not what they estimate (which was about $500 off). I know they can't predict the final price, but it would have been nice to have not been slightly mislead in the beginning (this is the company's advertising, not the personal who helped me's fault). This being said, they were easy to work with and friendly. They got back to me in a timely manner every time, and when the main person I was working with wasn't available, someone else was happy to help me. They always answered all of my questions completely. I got a driver within a few days, and though my car ended up being delayed by 2 days, this wasn't really anyone's fault as it was just truck issues. AmeriFreight followed up with me to make sure everything was going well, also. This being my first time working with transportation company's I always felt comfortable. I would give 5 star service, but 4 stars for the price, as there are cheaper options out there (though those companies do not have great reviews at all).
