Great customer service but wish I could cut out the middle man

Harry Davis was very thorough and great with explaining everything about shipping our vehicle from California to Florida. However, I just wish there was some way to talk with just the truck drivers. The cost would so much more less expensive. Would probably try and find a way next time to cut the middle man out.
