Samantha Smith was our rep in sending a car to my family in another state. My husband and I travel a lot but Samantha was patient with us to coordinate. She really paid attention to the details to make sure the paperwork was correct and we could get in touch with our driver. The price was fair and the transaction was easy as we were able to do contracts over the phone and online. With our busy lives, this was very helpful to us. Samantha called us after the delivery to make sure we were happy with the service. She was pleasant and patient. I was a little worried about just handing over my car to someone working through a broker, but I was happy with the outcome and would use them again.
