Lecia was very thorough in helping me coordinate details in shipping my Kia Optima from Tennessee to Illinois. Her statement about scheduling only top quality car carriers was definitely true in my case. The driver that Lecia scheduled for my Kia transport was an obvious professional and I witnessed his skill in doing an inspection of my vehicle before loading it onto his truck. Initially a 3-day drop off day was communicated but he actually dropped my car off at its destination the very next day.
