My customer service agent was Nicole B. From beginning to end, she was responsive and communicative. Via email and phone, she lead me through the process, ensuring all my questions were answered along the way. Although my initially-quoted rate increased by 15% (I was prepared for that), it was offset by how rapidly a carrier was acquired (same day car was ready for pickup). I was willing to pay more for quicker pickup anyway, so I was okay with it...be aware if you're sticking to a tight budget.
My carrier was Chandler's Towing. Chris Chandler was very pleasant to work with. The car arrived safe and secure. Only one negative...Chris was behind schedule a few hours, but did not contact me with an update, so I was just waiting, waiting, waiting.
Overall, good experience.
