I would have given Samantha five stars if it wasn’t for the driver. I would have hoped that he was more professional and that the company knows who they are using as drivers. The driver took advantage of me being a girl in a City that I’ve never been to before. He dropped of my car on a back street, he kissed me several times (20) on my cheek and then asked if we could stay in touch. He later asked if he could kiss me on my lips which is NOT ok!!! I literally just wanted to go away from there as soon as possible. He hugged me goodbye and started to kiss my cheek (plenty of times) again. Many people would have said that I could have stopped him, but as a girl, from a foreign country, new to the city and not seeing any other people around you get scared of what could’ve happened so you freeze. He would also only let me pay with cash, and not with a cashiers check as I got told I could do. The car got there in a good condition and after a week just as told, but I as a person left there dirty, humiliated and assaulted.

We deeply apologize to this customer for the awful experience she was put through with the carrier company assigned to transport her vehicle. As a broker who strives to always provide top quality service to our customers, we were completely shocked after reading this review. We have contacted the customer and assured her that she has every right to contact the authorities in this matter. Amerifreight will assist this customer in any way that we can should she choose to move forward in pressing charges. We also contacted the carrier company and were given a different recollection of events. We have since permanently blocked this company from ever doing business with Amerifreight in the future. This carrier was thoroughly vetted prior to dispatch and on the surface showed no signs of problematic behavior or past complaints. The carrier's internal rating was an excellent 98.9% and they were properly insured. While we wish we could have done something to prevent this incident from occurring, at the very least, we will be able to ensure that this carrier never works with our customers again.
