I would highly recommend AmeriFreight Car Shipping without any reservations. As soon as I reached out to them asking for a shipping quote; I received a quote immediately along with detailed information regarding everything from various types of shipping available to a request to check out their customer reviews with BBB and Google. Their company also offered to give advice regarding shipping with no obligation. After my decision to use AmeriFreight, I was immediately assigned a personal Customer Service Agent named Lecia Phillips. Lecia immediately initiated communication in the form of personal phone calls as well as emails. This communication continued even after the successful delivery of my vehicle. I had purchased a car from a dealership in Colorado and I needed to have it shipped to my home in Charleston, SC. Lecia acknowledged from the very first conversation that this was my first time not only purchasing a car online but also having a car shipped on a car carrier. She helped to relieve much of my anxiety by patiently explaining the entire shipping process. Lecia also gave suggestions as to what I should do to help ensure that my car would be shipped safely and covered fully in the event of anything happening from something as minor as dents made from road hazards to something major resulting from an accident during transport. The opportunity to purchase a very inexpensive insurance coverage that covered incidents that are not covered by carriers helped to alleviate more of my concerns. I was contacted by Lecia that a carrier was available almost immediately after all needed forms/decisions were completed. The dispatcher of the carrier service also contacted me immediately to begin the actual shipping process. I appreciate that I was given choices as to what size carrier I wanted as well as how many days it would take for my car to reach my home. I chose a 3 car carrier and I received my car within 3 days! The driver (Thomas) personally communicated with me throughout the 3 day trip. On the final day of the trip; the driver called me every 2 hours to update his location and estimated time of arrival. He was genuinely concerned with meeting all of my needs and very empathetic to my anxiety with shipping a car for the first time. I was allowed to select the location of my delivery and he met me there within minutes of his estimated time of arrival! The driver was very professional as he went over the bill of lading and comparison of pickup pictures of the car to delivery. He was very patient, courteous, and very experienced! Lecia called immediately to ensure that delivery had been made on time. She also contacted me the day after delivery to ensure that I was completely satisfied with all aspects of the shipping process and asked me for any suggestions that I might have to make the experience even better! All of experiences with AmeriFreight from my initial search for quotes to my little red convertible being safely delivered could not have been handled better! Take my advice and use this company!
